Bush Supreme Court Nominee
Fox News has it up, Bush nominates John Roberts to replace Sandra Day O'Connor on the Supreme Court. This will be an interesting battle as I forsee, and I am not alone in this, a return of the filibuster to block the President's legitimate Constitutional power.
Meanwhile, it is time for me to learn something about Justive Roberts, who currently serves on the U.S. court of appeals in D.C.
