Mail Box Vandalism
I am back from a long and enjoyable vacation, visiting family in Oregon and exploring Yellowstone National Park for the first time, with my wife and daughter. It was, to say the least, a blast, and in reality a bit too short.
When we turned onto the gravel road that leads to our home, we saw that one of our neighbor's had his "Support the Troop" sign demolished by rampaging punks. These punks cruised through the local township's destroying signs such as the one pictured below, as well as vandalizing the mailboxes of a number of homes, including ours. Now, I can deal with my vandalized mail box. Unfortunately, many of the homes that suffered property damage from the pack a hoodlums (okay, I don't know how many were involved…maybe one, maybe a dozen…who knows!) were over the age of 80. Fortunately, they were able to get assistance in setting things right, except for the demolished "Support the Troops" sign. It lays there still, shattered at the end of my neighbor's driveway.
