Star Tribune Scooped on 1/34 Activities
November 2nd, 2006 | by Sqotty |The New York Post looks to be the first in the MSM to break the story on the activities fo the 1st Combat Brigade of the 34 Infantry Division, a Minnesota National Guard Unit deployed in Iraq that sent a picture of their tak on Senator Kerry’s remark about “getting stuck in Iraq.”
Lesson to be learned: be careful of what you say, because with today’s near instantaneous communication, it won’t take long for someone to slam you for stupid remarks.
And Kerry wanted to be their Commander in Chief?
Meanwhile, I have to give kudo’s where they are do, and that’s to the New York Post and their writers, Todd Venezi and Ian Bishop. Good job, guys.
Even better job to the men and women of the 1/34. Thanks again for your service.

Gosh-a-rooney Sqotty - The NY post sure has a different spin from what the Washington Post article by Peter Baker and Jim VandeHei - They used the word, “APPEARED” concerning the photo
- Quote - …included a picture that appeared to show soldiers in the desert holding up a banner… - end quote -
Boo on them!
I join you in your Kudos to Todd Venezi and Ian Bishop. Hip Hip Hooray!
We know which paper to read! - Do I hear an AMEN to that my brethren and sisterns???
