Galax Republicans Attacked by Obama Supporters

This is how Obama’s supporters think: Obama yard signs are stolen (never mind the fact that McCain yard signs are also stolen, in some cases to obtain free pizza); Obama supporters assume it is McCain campaign workers; further assumptions include Obama yard signs are being stockpiled at local campaign headquarters. So it goes in Galax, Va.

Two people were arrested Monday afternoon after an altercation led to five Republican campaign workers being sprayed with Mace at their headquarters in Galax.

Question to ask, why did these miscreants spray Mace on GOP campaign workers?

Galax Republican Chairman Mike Stevens said he was one of the volunteers sprayed. He said a man and woman came into the office and asked for campaign yard signs for the Democratic ticket of Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

After being told the Obama-Biden campaign office was up the street, Stevens said, the man said he was aware of that, but that he thought Democratic signs were being stolen and “stashed” at the Republican office.

Stevens told him that nobody there had stolen signs, not were they “stashing” any in the building.

Of course Moonbats wouldn’t know the truth if it jumped up and bit them on the nose. Not that the truth matters to them. That’s why they support Obama.

The two perps, Daniel Cason Meinecke, 29, and Cara Annis Hindman, 26, both of Galax, escalated the situation by using four-letter words, probably the same ones that the Moonbats in St. Paul slung at those of us who were at a “support the troops” rally in September and refused to leave when requested. That, of course, is trespassing.

As they were escorted out, the confrontation grew more hostile, though, according to the article, punches were not thrown. It was at this point, as they were ushered out the door that the assailants whipped out their Mace and began spraying campaign workers, including spraying the stuff inside the office where there were two gentlemen in their 70s, with their wives.

Nice people these Obama supporters. Their sole purpose in the confrontation was to agitate the campaign office. Meinecke is charged with one count of assault, while his accomplice is charged with five counts of assault. Too bad it’s only misdemeanor assault.
