Obama Political Failure #28

I’ve been “missing in action” for most of November, trying to figure out what I want to write for nanowrimo, and missing out writing on too many current events.

The Obama Administration has determined that Khalid Sheik Mohammad, mastermind of the 9/11 attacks, will be tried in a criminal court in New York City (NEW YORK CITY!? Get a rope! - had to fit in a plug from the classic Pace Picante Sauce commercial.). In one fell swoop, Obama has declared victory in America’s War on Terror, and the terrorists won the war. I think the new administration’s theme song is that enduring hit “I Surrender, Dear”, ’cause that is just what Obama has done.

Here are some predictions regarding KSM’s trial:

KSM will plead not guilty.
KSM will be acquitted of his crimes.
Confessions and other evidence will be thrown out as being “illegally” obtained as KSM was never read his Miranda “rights”.
Intelligence agencies and intelligence operatives will be heavily subpoenaed by the defense, exposing intelligence operations throughout the Middle East, jeopardizing further operations.
KSM will sue the U.S. A. for violating his “constitutional rights”, and be awarded millions of dollars to help fund the Jihad against the West.
KSM will be escorted out of the country in armored vehicles, deported to someplace where he can rendezvous with al Qaeda and plot more attacks on the U.S. with the knowledge that he can beat our criminal courts system once again.

Don’t be surprised if most of these predictions come true, and I am not the first to make some of these.

The most chilling prediction is that our intelligence agencies will be heavily compromised, thus enabling terrorist jihadists to plot and successfully carry out new attacks on the U.S., and that’s why this action counts as yet another Obama Political Failure. Thanks a lot, PBO.
