The Coleman Campaign put together this little video on Al Franken and his wishy-washy stand on increasing the gas excise tax here in Minnesota.

Raising the gas tax is an unnecessary burden. Further, Franken is wacky enough to believe that because gas prices here fluctuate by anywhere from 5 cents ...
